Development \ Scheme

The entire project consists of 8 office buildings and 2 service buildings (bar / restaurant) that will be completed by 2020. Each building counts ca. 8.000 m2 gross area plus a 175 parking spaces adjacent to the building. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the office buildings.
The first office building has been delivered in 2008 and the next office building is estimated to be ready by 2011. Every building is divided into 4 floors of ca. 1.900 m2 each. The offices are very suitable for open spaces, while separation walls can be easily inserted to create individual offices or meeting rooms. All necessary connections are available in order to adapt the area to your activities and corporate style.
Office space is available in units from 60 m2 up to 8.000 m2 for an entire office building
